District Supported Programs
Request a Resource: This form is for central office staff to report new and unreported district adopted applications and services and the student data shared with these providers so that we may publish this information on our public website (Codex) as required by the Colorado Student Data Transparency and Security Act.
Colorado Law Agreement (replaces CNDA)
Schools and departments need to obtain a Colorado Law Agreement from any vendor that will have access to student or other protected data if the vendor does not meet any of the following:
- The vendor’s representative has completed form GBEE*-E-2 (Non-Staff Responsible Use of the Internet and Electronic)
- The vendor has a negotiated contract with the District in accordance with the Colorado Student Data Transparency and Security Act
- The vendor is an on-demand vendor as defined by the Colorado Student Data Transparency and Security Act and has a posted privacy policy meeting District standards.
