Licensed Before & After Care Program
St. Vrain Valley Schools offers inclusive, enriching and licensed care for children 5 to 13 before and after the school bell. The program provides a balanced menu of educational, enrichment and recreational activities to promote student achievement and engagement.
All Before and After school care programs are licensed according to regulations for Childcare Centers issued by the Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC). Staff members are highly qualified and certified according to state licensing regulations.
2025-2026 Registration Information
Registration for 2025-2026 will open in phases based on location starting on April 3.
In response to feedback regarding RevTrak slowing down during peak usage times, registration will open in phases based on location to manage system load effectively:
- April 3, 2025: Registration for families in Erie.
- Black Rock Elementary, 7:00 a.m.
- Erie Elementary, 8:30 a.m.
- Red Hawk Elementary, 8:30 a.m.
- Highlands Elementary, 10:00 a.m.
- Soaring Heights PK-8, 11:00 a.m.
- Grand View Elementary, 11:00 a.m.
- April 4, 2025: Registration opens for all other district families.
- Blue Mountain Elementary, 7:00 a.m.
- Central Elementary, 8:00 a.m.
- Fall River Elementary, 9:00 a.m.
- Mead Elementary, 10:00 a.m.
- Niwot Elementary, 11:00 a.m.
- All other locations, 12:00 p.m.

- PM Care: $20/day
To ensure we continue to provide high-quality, dedicated staff and robust programming, we are implementing new pricing for the first time in nearly a decade. Scholarships to support financial aid are available. Please contact the Community Schools office for additional information.
