This meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be attended only by the Board, Dr. Haddad, and Dr. Kapushion. Keeping with Governor Polis’ Executive Order not to gather more than 10 people, this meeting will not have physical public participation. However, if the public should have any questions about the items on the agenda or any non-agenda items they would like read by a Board member during the meeting, they can send an email through this link test-st-vrain-valley-schools.pantheonsite.io/leadership/board-of-education/district-board-meetings and click on “Board of Education Question Form” until Noon on Tuesday, July 7. Those messages must be 3 minutes or less and no more than 30 minutes total. Comments will be read verbatim by a Board member in the order that they were received, along with the person’s name and address.
This meeting will be broadcast and streamed live at www.longmontpublicmedia.org/watch/ and the video of the broadcasted meeting will be on the District website as soon as possible after the meeting.
