Athletics are an important part of the St. Vrain Valley Schools’ educational program. The district provides a variety of equitable sports programs that give all students the opportunity to participate and compete. Athletics present an excellent situation for experiences and development of democratic cooperation. It provides an avenue for the formation of lasting friendships and other personal interactions. These experiences gained through participation in athletics should aid the student in meeting the demands and challenges of living in a modern American society.
